Progressive Build

4 WEEKS

This program is designed to help you build strength, increase lean muscle, and boost confidence through intentional progression. You’ll follow a structured 4-week training split with 5 workouts per week, approximately 60 minutes each.

Programming includes:

  • 2 lower body days
  • 2 upper body days
  • 1 full body day

Each week builds slightly on the last-adding a little more resistance, reps, or challenge so your body keeps adapting. This is how you create real, lasting results without overtraining.

4 WEEKS

Each workout targets a specific muscle group or movement pattern to ensure balanced training and progressive build. Everyday is designed to build stability, improve posture, and support total-body strength.

You'll strengthen major muscle groups, improve endurance, and increase overall functional fitness. Two rest days allow your muscles to recover and rebuild to allow adequate recovery. With five focused training days (Legs, Arms, Full Body Strength and Conditioning) and an optional short, core circuit.

Pilates x Strength

4 WEEKS

This 4-week Pilates x Strength program blends classical Pilates principles with modern strength training to create a balanced, sculpting, full-body fitness routine.

Each workout integrates controlled Pilates movements, strength-building dumbbell exercises, resistance band activation, and bodyweight conditioning to enhance muscle tone, mobility, posture, and overall functional strength. The weekly structure includes 5 training days (2 Leg Days, 2 Arm Days, and 1 Full-Body Day) and 2 rest days, to allow your body adequate recovery. Each workout is designed for 45-60 minutes. Workouts use bodyweight, dumbbells, and resistance bands to create a dynamic, low-impact yet highly effective training experience suitable for all levels.
